Salads are giving and getting in the summer! But this season salad is incredibly refreshing and extremely summer, since all the ingredients are in the summer!

1½ κουτ. σούπας κάππαρη, ξαλμυρισμένη
100 ml olive oil
40 ml vinegar
1/2 kg small bio tomatoes mixed
2 cucumber
2  pepper horns
½ cup of olives Kalamon
½  bunch of fresh basil
½  cup of gravierino with garlic in peels
1 tsp. oregano dry
1/2 tsp. marjoram dry
Salt, Pepper freshgrated
1 cup of crouton


Wash carefully all the vegetables and the capers. Add the olive oil, the vinegar, salt,pepper and the dried herbs in a bowl. Mix and then cut all the vegetables and basil into it. Mix very well, cover with a membrane and put in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Serve the salad on a platter. Cut the gravierino in peels. Add gravierino, croutons and the basil leaves on top.
