2 cups of different types of lettuce
1 cup rocket
100 gr. Amarino
2 slices of melon
6 slices of prosciutto from Evrytania
10 small tomatoes
Bites of charoupi

For the basil sauce:
1 bunch of basil
1 clove of garlic
50 gr. Graviera Kritis PDO aged
60 gr. pine
6 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & Pepper


Prepare the basil pesto. Add all the ingredients except the olive oil into multi or mortar. Add the olive oil slowly so that our mixture becomes creamy. We have washed the lettuce and the tomatoes. Clean the melon and set our salad, with the rocket, the prosciutto, tweets from Amarino. Add salt and pour the basil pesto. Enjoy!
