Aged Graviera

It is produced from fresh pasteurized sheep and goat milk with its traditional way of producing Graviera PDO

It matures for more than 12 months under suitable temperature and humidity conditions. Important for flavor and aromas is the time of ripening. It is preferable to consumed at room temperature, to make the perfumes appear.
