For the dough:
500 gr. self raising flour
125 gr. soft butter at room temperature
220 gr. lukewarm milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

For the sauce:
1 Tomato purée
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. basil

For the stuffing:
100 gr. fresh mizithra
100 gr. xinomizithra
100 gr. gravierino with garlic
100 gr. tirozouli
2-3 small coloured peppers
Olive oil


Put all the ingredients for easy dough in a bowl and knead.
Grease a large round baking dish and spread the dough across the surface with your fingers. Make the sauce by boiling all the ingredients together for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the dough with drops of olive oil and spread the sauce, garnish the pizza with the cheeses and peppers. Bake in preheated oven at 200ºC for 30′.
