For the meringue:

300 gr. caster sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

For the cream:
400 gr. fresh cheese Amarino
700 ml whipping cream 35% fat
200 gr. caster sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

For the strawberries:
600 gr. strawberies
300 gr. passion fruits
4 tbsp. caster sugar
2 tbsp. honey
