3 liters goat’s milk
2 tbsp. salt
2 shots vinegar.
We boil the milk with the salt and we are constantly stirring.
At the first boil, we add the vinegar.
You will see the milk cut and with a pierced ladle you pick up the so-called curd.
Put it in a cheese special basket to drain well from the serum. In 8 hours
is ready to eat it!
