How to make brine for white cheese:

Many times the brine in the pot with the slice is poured or scattered. As a result, the feta remaining outside brine turns yellow and has a very pleasant taste. That’s why I thought of giving you a recipe to make your own brine.

In 1 liter of water add 70 gr. salt and warm the salt to 85-90 degrees Celsius for half a minute. Then let the brine cool down and place it until its temperature reaches 4 degrees. Then the brine is ready to place the cheese.
