How much is the cheese responsible for our happiness?

Dopamine, tyrosine and our brain function?
Neurotransmitters of the brain are responsible for transferring brain messages from one neuron to another.
Serotonin and dopamine are neurotransmitters that make us feel pleasure.
Every time we feel good, dopamine and serotonin are released
But dopamine does not appear to be just a boom in our brain. It is made by our body by breaking down an amino acid called tyrosine. Tyrosine is taken up by different foods.

– So what should we do?
-Do produce dopamine.
-And how is that done?
-Turning foods containing tyrosine!

And now, boom! What are these foods that “feed” our neurotransmitters but at the same time give us energy and help us so that we are focused?
The cheese! Yes yeah well read …
Dairy products in general, meat and seafood are all foods that help our mind and tyrosine production.

So you explain my worship in the cheese! And my dependence on it!
I am a well-known hunter of joy and well-being and the cheese is what helps me feel happier !!!

Say cheese
