1 kg minced meat
2 big grated onions
150 gr. goat’s cheese grated
1 egg
80 ml vinegar
100 ml olive oil
salt & pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 cup of toasted bread
flour & olive oil for frying

For the sauce:
8 fresh tomatoes grated
1 tbsp. tomatoes paste
1 onion in the grater
little dry basil
salt & pepper

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and cook them with minced meat. We create walnut-sized balls and flour them. Put the olive oil on the pan to burn and make sure it is about a finger. When the oil burns, we start and fry the meatballs.4-5 minutes on each side. At the same time, in a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the pellets and mix for one to two minutes. Then add the fresh tomato, salt, pepper and basil. Boil until our sauce is tied for about 20 minutes. When finishing the meatballs, dip them in the sauce and let them boil. Serve with rice or potatoes fried. The photo is with basmati rice that is highly aromatic.
