2 cups water
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 cup flour whole dough
3 cup flour for all uses
1 package of dry yeast or 30 gr. fresh
1 cup sheep’s and goat’s white cheese in brine crushed


Heat 1 cup of water (lukewarm). Melt the yeast in lukewarm water, add the sugar and mix well. Then add the rest of the water (also lukewarm), olive oil, salt and flour. Knead in the mixer with the hook for 10 minutes to make a homogeneous dough. Allow the dough to cover in a warm environment to double.

Wrap the cords which we open and fill them with slice. Close by baking the dough and close the cheese.

Wrap buns in large, small or even buns, bake them, cover them and leave them in a warm place until doubled in volume.

Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven from 40 minutes to one hour depending on size.
