500 gr groats

1 package rocket

1 bunch chopping parsley

1/3 bunch anise

1 cup of pomegranate

6 tbsp. pistachios

4 tbsp. black raisins

4 tbsp. walnuts

4 tbsp. pasatembo (pumpkin seeds)

6 tbsp. dried cranberries

Goat’s Tirozouli

juice of  1,5 orange

juice of  ½ lemon

6 tbsp. olive oil




Boil the groats. We put in a bowl all the ingredients together except the rocket. Add salt and mix well. Add the groat, stir, bake tirozouli and set our salad on rocket leaves.
