I close as an envelope and I continue to butter every aspect. I turn it upside down in a baking pan, I pass butter over the top and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30.

I take it out of the oven and leave it to cool a little, cut it to four. And then cut it into smaller pieces after each serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
