1 cup of goat’s yoghurt
1 cup of goat’s milk
½ cup of olive oil
2 eggs
1 cup of xinomizithra
1 cup of mizithra fresh
1 cup of gruyere
2  cup of self raising flour
100 gr. apaki
2  tbsp. butter
black & white sesame



Butter a pie plate. Preheat the oven to 190. Stir all ingredients until it becomes a chyle. Pour into a pan and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake 30 minutes!
